King Fahd’s Fountain
This fountain is also known as the Jeddah fountain and is the tallest in the world. Such facts and its gorgeous sight make it a must see and do on every visitors list. It is named after the king who donated it. It’s a great attraction for taking some awesome pictures.
Al Tayebat City Museum
famous for its rooms showcasing the past life and lifestyle of Saudi Arabia. It is a part of the International Tayebat City of Science and Knowledge and is a must-visit museum in Jeddah. It covers an area of 10000 square meters, with 300 rooms in 12 buildings. Stunningly built old Jeddah architecture, it features a collection of exhibits ranging from Islamic manuscripts, tribal costumes, old coins, furniture, ancient pottery and more. The weather is mostly warm and hot here, with long summers and not so cold winters. Jeddah features a tropical arid climate. July is the hottest month here, but also the best time to swim in the sea with an average temperature of 32°C (90°F) and the coldest is January at 23°C (73°F). Rainfall is sparse here and usually occurs in November and December. Thunderstorms are common in winter and dust storms mostly happen in summers.
The official language of Saudi Arabia is Arabic. However, in Jeddah region the distinctive speech pattern is called the Hejazi dialect, it is among the most recognizable accents within the Arabic language.
