The climate of Fujairah is mostly hot and humid. The winter season (Oct – March) has an average daytime temperature of 20-25 °C, while summer temperature ranges between 30-43°C.
Local Language
The official language of the United Arab Emirates is Arabic. However, English is widely spoken and most shops, hotels and commercial businesses deal with their clients in English.
Getting Around
Taxi Local taxis are the easiest mode of travel within Fujairah and nearby areas. Taxi rides to most areas within Fujairah city will cost between AED 15-20. Taxis from Fujairah to Dubai will cost around AED 250, and AED 180 to Sharjah.
Bus Buses are not a commonly used mode of transport within Fujairah.
